The Open Gallery and The Vincennes Writers Group are joining forces to host an Open Mic Night. It's FREE to the public and refreshments will be provided.
This event is an uncensored forum to present poetry, spoken-word, stories, songs, and more. Bring anything you want to share. A sign up sheet will be available when doors open.
The Vincennes Writers Group will also have copies of their new anthology, Hotel Stories, available for sale. Pricing and other details will be posted as they become available. Don't miss out!
* All ages are welcome, but this is an uncensored event.

We can debate about what people should, and should not say, but violence isn't the answer. Nobody deserves to die for expressing their right to free speech and freedom of the press.
My thoughts are with the Charlie Hebdo victims and their families. Long live freedom of speech and freedom of the press!
